I am looking for a 👩 female tenant to take over my lease at Boulevard . I don&#;t want to live there anymore because I am going to be living with family instead, and the staff advised me to look for another tenant. The lease is a year ( months) long starting from Aug. , -July , with the rent being due on the first calendar day of each month (starting on Aug. 1). The room is one of four and is an XL room with a private bathroom, and the apartment is already furnished. Some perks to the community include an outdoor 🏊 pool + hot tub, a gym on the 3rd floor, a clubhouse on the 2nd floor, a rooftop lounge, and the staff holds events very frequently (which includes free🍕 food!) I do not own a vehicle, so I did not need parking, but they do offer it. The BLVD website offers photos of the community and apartments. For those interested, please feel free to directly message me.
