Community features : lounges, a 🏊 pool, indoor courts, covered parking, gyms.
Apartment features : roommate matching (your desired roommate can send in another application and you can be together), utilities inc, kitchen, washer+dryer, 🐕 pet friendly.
Only reason I want to pull out is because my desired roommate had to pull out due to COVID circumstances. The proximity to campus and quality of amenities is really nice!
