*👩 femaleroommates only* I live in a 4x4 apartment at University House, which is two minutes from the 💛 UCF Main Campus. The rent I have listed INCLUDES the $ parking permit. This is a top floor unit & includes all basic furniture (desk, dresser, bed frame, mattress, couch, 📺 tv, etc.) with upgraded appliances, your own private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. This unit also has a balcony. I have two (👩 female) roommates that are staying for the next year, and they are sweet, fun, and overall keep to themselves. Amenities at the complex include a gym, 🏊 pool, mini golf, sand volleyball court, computer room/free printing, study rooms, & community events. I will be moving out at the end of July so your move-in date can be soon after.
