The Thompson is a small community that is close to campus. It is a 4x4 complex with a Flat and Town home floor plan. Great sized rooms with big 🚶 walk in closets. The Thompson is 🐕 pet friendly with a privatedog park. Offers lots of amenities and a /7 clubhouse. The staff is friendly and very personal able. They do lots of resident events so you can always meet people. If you do not have roommates in mind they have a great roommate matching program! Wifi and cable are included with the base rent. The parking is open parking, so residents and visitors can park anywhere!! They are on the Texas State 🚌 bus 🚌 shuttle and drops off at the quad. Upgraded appliances and both floor plans are furnished!
I lived there last year and absolutely ❤️loved it! Maintenance is always on top of their work orders and the staff was very helpful! The property is 🎇clean and has a great vibe! Unfortunately, I am having to move for personal reasons. I am trying to sublease my apartment for the Fall and signed for their lowest rate, $.
