It’s a 4/2 unit with all utilitiesincluded, and many great amenities, such as a multiple in-apartment appliances, and 🏊 pools, a gym, volleyball courts, 🍔 grills and much more. It’s very close to campus, with frequent 🚌 shuttles available. It&#;s 👨👩 co-ed, and LGBT+ friendly as-well. The apartment is furnished, and rent is $/month (will pay for difference). They are currently sold out of apartments so this is a great find (and at a lower rate than most of their recent leases!) Please let me know if you want more info!
