I re-signed my lease early so the rate you would be paying is $, compared to $ which is the current rate for knights circle 4x4 Which are also sold out! My apartment is a 4x4 with PRIVATE bed & PRIVATE bath and located on the first floor making it easier to move in since there are no elevators.
The preferred move in date is August 1,, but if you would like to move in earlier as in any⌚time in Summer including lease I am open to doing that as well! I liked living here, the reason I am moving out is because I am currently transferring schools and I cannot keep this lease anymore because I will not be staying in Orlando. My room currently just got all NEW furniture (desk, dresser, and nightstand) mine were registered to be replaced so it’s all NEW. Knights Circle Rent includes utilities, 🌉 gated community, Patrolled by 💛 UCF police and is all college student environment and conveniently right next to campus. I’m adding pictures of which room is mine on the floor plan as well as my Building location on the overall map of KC! My building is 9 and conveniently located right next to the back entrance/exit, which I found made it so much easier to enter and exit BC of the mass amount of speed bumps and the size of the complex as a whole.
