Hi, I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Lyndon Springtown. I&#;m transferring to a different school next semester so I won&#;t be in San Marcos anymore. It is a 4 x 4 apartment with an EXTREMELY LARGE BALCONY facing inside (courtyard doggy park/ beach volleyball/ outdoor gym view.) Each room comes with it&#;s own bathroom, a mattress, side table, and a desk and chair for studying. The living room comes furnished, internet, wifi and 📺 tv are free. You will have to split 💡electricity and 🌊 water with the other 3 roommates for the common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry) but the 💡electricity and 🌊 water for own room only you have to pay for. The amenities are really great! They have a luxury style swimming 🏊 pool with a jumbotron as well as 3 big 🍔 grills, foosball table, 2 other 📺 tv&#;s and hammocks. There&#;s an indoor and outdoor gym with a great variety of equipment, a doggy park with lounge seating, a sand volleyball court and a big parking garage. The balcony for my apartment is about the size of about 4 balconies put together, it&#;s very spacious and great for if you have any 🐕 pets so they can play and exercise. The location in general is also great! There&#;s tons of 🍔 restaurants like Hopdoddy, Chuy&#;s, Saltgrass Steakhouse, as well as a nail salon, wax center, and a tech repair place. There&#;s also an HEB right across the street so everything is really close by! Here at links to a few pictures to give you a better idea.

I renewed my lease pretty early which is why I am getting a much cheaper price most! Also I will not be returning to my apartment for the rest of my current lease which is until August so if you would like to move in early (June/July) and want to take over my current lease you also have that option available!
