One roommate isn&#;t living in the apt for now, the other one is years old, a CS student at Georgia Tech, pretty relaxed and likes to cook.
Move-in date is flexible.
The room (with a closet) is furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser, two desks and chairs and a nightstand.
Washer and dryer are in the shared living area, so is a micorwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, couche and table as well as a fireplace.
I&#;m offering the room for $ excluding utilities (about $, depending on usage).
The house is in a quiet street in 🚶 walking distance to Georgia Tech (5 min.), on-street parking is always possible in front of the house.
Its close to Midtown and Atlantic station, with good places around to eat out and get groceries. The green routestops only two minutes away.
