Only a small 🚶 walk to campus and a small community this is a nice place to be for the price. It includes furniture and has other amenities such as an oven, dishwasher and ⛄ fridge+freezer. One bathroom and two separate sinks. The apartment has a public garden and 🏊 pool as well. Roommate is nice, but may not be there for the remaining ⌚time on the lease.
April is already paid for as well.
