I ❤️love living here, but will be commuting for my last semester (Fall ) and need someone to take over my lease at U Club Townhomes from August - July . This is a very nice community with good management who takes care of work orders quickly and keeps all common areas very 🎇clean. It is also a very quiet, respectful, and 🐕 pet friendly community. You&#;ll have a private bedroom and bathroom with a large 🚶 walk in closet. The apartment comes fully furnished and has hardwood-style floors throughout. All utilities except 💡electric (~$/month) are included in the rent price.
