- The bedroom has a big closet where you can store more than your own clothes, comes with a bed, desk, chair, and 2 dressers.
- The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ⛄ refrigerator, ☢ microwave.
- The living room has a couch, table with 3 chairs and a &#;&#; 📺 tv.
- There is a laundry upstairs with a washer and drier machine.
- 🐕 pet friendly!
- The back of the cottage has a big yard where you can use it to have fun with your friends, play with your pet, relax, etc...
- In front of the cottage, there are parking spots where you can park wherever you want, or you can pay around $ to have a private covered parking spot.
- The Retreat has a nice clubhouse, you can use the 🏊 pool, gym, study rooms, 🍔 grill, sport court, sauna, 🐕 pet area, etc....
- Currently, there are 2 👩 girls living in this cottage, they are both very friendly and 🎇neat.The cottage is always 🎇clean, and the 👩 girls are super nice. They both have a 💕 👨 boyfriend that they usually spend the most of the ⌚time with them.
- This cottage is a perfect place if you are looking for a private place to live. Everything you need you will find it here.
- Also, across the street, there is a /7 Walmart, ⛽gas Station, CVS Pharmacy, and some 🍔 restaurants nearby.
- The Retreat is located minutes away from 💛 UCF main campus and / from Valencia College.
-There is a private🚌 shuttle to 💛 UCF, very useful if you don&#;t have a car.
