My place is a 3 bed by 3 bath apartment. It&#;s located right next to campus (next door to CVS). It&#;s a great area with lots of 🍔 restaurants, bars, some clubs, an arcade, billiards, and a convenient Sheetz ⛽gas station right next door. As mentioned before, it&#;s also extremely close to campus (a short minute 🚶 walk to the library and EUC).My room also has a great view of the UNCG 🌊 water tower. The price of $ includes bedroom furniture (bed, desk, chair, side table, and chest of drawers) and a mattress. The rent without the furnitureincluded is $, which is also an option. You have your own bathroom and living room furniture (including a huge 📺 tv) is included by default. The room also includes a spacious 🚶 walk-in closet and the kitchen comes fully furnished with a ⛄ fridge, dishwasher, and ☢ microwave. 💡electricity, internet, cable (with great channels), garbage, sewer, and 🌊 water are all included. The building is also 🐕 pet friendly and includes a work out room, study room, and swimming 🏊 pool. There are also cheap parking passes available for residents. Also, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Currently I have two roommates (👩 females) living with me but they are both moving out in May.
