Valentine Commons is located right at the edge of NC State’s campus; 🚶 walking to class takes no ⌚time at all. This apartment is on the first floor and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a washer/dryer set. There is also an option to add parking into your lease, which is an extra $ a month. The parking deck is right beside the building. With this room being on the first floor, you are significantly closer to the parking deck than the other rooms. Valentine Commons also offers amenities such as a gym, 🕶️ tanning room, computer lounge, and lounges on other floors with 🏊 pool tables. Picking up packages is an easy process and the staff is very friendly. They also have a printer here if you need to print anything for classes; the paper is provided for you.
