I am offering my apartment for sublease starting as soon as possible. The sublease would be for April through July. It is a private room with a private bathroom in a 3x3 floorplan of Valentine Commons. The private bedroom is completely furnished with a full sized bed, mattress, desk, chair, dresser (4 drawers), closet section (with a shelf), and a large window for natural light. All furniture in the apartment is dark wood.
The common area has fully equipped kitchen, sofa and sitting area, and large windows. The kitchen has all major appliances and lots of cabinet and counter space, including a bar area with 2 bar stools for eating. The kitchen and entrance hallway has wood flooring.The living room is carpeted and comes with a cabinet 📺 tv stand and a couch. The apartment has its own washer/dryer unit. Location is practically on main campus of NCSU. A short 🚶 walk or 🚍 bus ride will get you wherever you want to go. It has easy access to both Hillsborough Street and NCSU&#;s campus, is a 5 minute 🚶 walk from CVS and about a minute 🚶 walk to Talley Student Union.
