You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, the room is full furnished.Washer and dryer are inside the unit. I have two 👩 femaleroommates, they are so nice, friendly and tidy people. This is a student housing apartment so you need to be a student ( doesn’t have to be 💚 USF). Also the bull runnerstop is 2 min away, 7 min 🚶 walking distance to 💚 USF and min 🚶 walking distance to Walmarkt, Target and Aldi. Hard 🚍 bus Station is also 3 min 🚶 walk distance. There are two 🏊 pools, clubhouse, hr gym, hr study lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, free residental parking and free high speed wife..
