Up for relet is my 4X4 at The Marquee. The location is very convenient being that it’s literally across the street from 💛 UCF and only minutes away from Valencia’s East campus. This apartment is completely renovated, it’s the newest unit you can possibly get at the Marquee. My room specifically includes two closets which come with mirrors, an extended hallway and new furniture. In the common areas there are brand new appliances such as a brand new GE stove, ☢ microwave, dish washer, stainless steel ⛄ refrigerator, sink and washer/ dryer. All the furniture in the common areas are also brand new. Included in the rent is 💡electricity, 🌊 water, trash removal, internet, and cable. The good thing about the marquee is that there’s no cap on any of the services, so extra bills will not occur. As far as unit location goes you are on the first floor, so no elevators or steps! Along with that you’re also conveniently located next to the parking garage and right in front of a 🚶 walk way which takes you right outside of the apartments into the entrance of the complex! Now for the roommates, there are 3 other 👨 maleroommates all of which are super cool and relaxed. The apartment amenities include 4 🏊 pools, 2 gyms, multiple trash chutes, designated study rooms, computer labs, theater room, and weekly community events.
