Hello all. My name is Ann and I am trying to Sublease my apartment because I am graduating this December from UTSA. This apartment is a student-living apartment. The occupants do not have to be students. To compensate whoever takes this apartment off of my hands will receive a $ towards their first month of rent or whatever they choose, which will make the first month of rent $. The $ is towards the rent which includes a private room, private restroom, private closet. The apartment itself is a 4 bedroom, but I currently only have one roommate. The only things that are shared is the kitchen, living room and washer and dryer.
