I’m subleasing my room at Millenium One, which is about a 5 min drive to UNCC (theres a free🚍 shuttle🚍 bus that takes you to campus and back) The lease is for unit D, which is the back of the apartment, December th to July s, (with option to renew).
The rent is $ a month utilitiesincluded.
The room is in a 4bedroom 4bathroom apartment (you will have your own private bathroom and large closet). Washer and Dryerincluded
3 other 👩 females live in the apartment already.
Anyone who wants to sublease will have to be a student or incoming student.
