- 7 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

I&#;m re-letting out my room in a 4x4 shared apartment. I have the biggest bedroom and each room has its own private bathroom. Everything is completely furnished. Rooms have a built in desk and chair, dresser, side table, and bed of course. The living room has a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, and a mounted 📺 tv. Bar stools and kitchen table and chairs are also included. My roommates and I share most kitchen utensils, everything is pretty fully stocked including pots, pans, cooking sheets, silverware, etc. so the new tenant won&#;t need to bring things if they don&#;t have them. There&#;s also a washer and dryer in every apartment. I live on the 3rd floor, which is highest so no one is making noise above you. We also have a balcony, my roommate ❤️loves to garden so it&#;s usually filled with beautiful flowers.

All amenities are open hours and have been newly updated, this includes the 🏊 pool, on-site gym and computer lab which has both Macs and Windows. The front 🌉 gate, gym, and lab lock after the office closes everyday and every tenant has a key card for access, but there is also a code for guests. I live in the front building so parking is pretty accessible for both tenants and guests.

I occasionally dog sit for my parents and the grounds have doggy bags and bins placed everywhere in case needed. Small animals are allowed, however cats and dogs will likely have an additional fee and I would need to speak to my roommates prior out of respect.

Rent is $ per month and this includes everything. There is an 💡electricity cap built in the rent, but it is possible to go over. However, this rarely happens and it&#;s generally in summer when the air is used more frequently. I will be paying rent for December and the new tenant can move in starting December th, although if it needs to be a tad sooner we can discuss it. I will be paying for the $ re-letting fee, but there is a $ fee for new tenants which acts as a security deposit, admin fees, parking pass, ect.
