I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring and Summer semester until July th, which is the last day of the lease.
I have room A in a 👨 male 4x4 apartment which is one of the 2 larger rooms.
2 of the room mates are my friends from Miami which I have known for most of my life and are very friendly and respectful. They keep the common area 🎇clean and are always on top of 🎇cleaning up after themselves when cooking. You won&#;t have a problem with them. The other room mate will also be leaving for the Spring and Summer semester as he&#;s going to be graduating.
The rent is $/month but I will be leaving it at $/month(compensate you difference) if someone is able to take over the lease before the end of November.
Included in the rent is all the utilities with have no cap as well as /7 high-speed wifi access.
The room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, 2 sets of drawers, a nightstand, and a desk with a rolling chair. I will also be throwing in my mini ⛄ fridge that I bought new at the beginning of the semester.
The apartment is on the first floor allowing easy access to the garage, out side parking, and the 🚍 bus stop which has a 🚍 shuttle that&#;ll take you to and from campus which comes roughly every minutes.
The apartment is going to be receiving a new couch in the coming month according to management which will be an awesome upgrade to the apartment.
I&#;ll be uploading pictures of my room furnished with my things but my belongings will be gone upon move in just what is stated will be left.
