I have a room available at the Hub Minneapolis Apartments from Dec. - May (dates flexible) while I am studying abroad spring semester. It&#;s a 2 bed 2 bath corner unit on the 9th floor with amazing views of campus and TCF stadium.
The whole room would be yours, unless you have a friend that you&#;d like to move in with, in which case my current roommate who will also be abroad is willing to sublease as well. You&#;d also be living with two other roommates who share the other room. I&#;ve known them for years so I can ensure that they are very 🎇clean and respectful.
The unit is in a brand new building that is located on Washington Ave and directly above the East Bank light rail station so it&#;s extremely easy to travel around the UMN campus and Minneapolis without the hassles of the 🚍 bus system and has lots of 🍕 food options nearby. For those curious, the price is cheaper than other similar rooms at Hub Minneapolis as I have locked in pricing from when I signed the first year the building opened.
