I am looking for a sublease for the start of January through the end of the lease in July. I have three 👩 femaleroommates who are in sororities on campus and are very friendly! I will throw in parking at Valentine Commons ($/month value) for free. Their parking garage is right across the street from Stanhope. Willing to offer only taking the lease for the semester instead of the rest of the lease however it will have to be discussed. The floor plan is attached and the room being offered is bedroom D.
