I currently stay on the second floor in the first building at the front of the complex. The common areas are already decorated making it very comfy and homey. You would also have your own bathroom which is connected to your room. It is fully furnished and in a quite neighborhood. Moving out because I am transferring colleges out of state. Also rent is due the first of every month, but i will be out of the apartment the last week of December. This will give you a week free to move in and get situated.
