I’m looking to sublease my apartment at Lark on nd - it will be one bedroom and one bathroom in a 4x4 apartment with 3 other 👩 girls! You can move in December th and the lease would go until July! The apartment is on the top floor which makes it super quiet and you also get a 📺 tv in the bedroom which is an upgrade and why the rent is a little more. You also have really nice upgrades throughout the apartment and a nice 🚶 walk-in closet. I will pay administrative fees so you would just be responsible for the rent which is $ a month.
The complex has a really nice gym and outdoor area with the 🏊 pool and has Felicitous on the first floor which is really convenient! All roommates are respectful and keep to themselves!
