Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I have been offered an internship with the Disney College Program and thus I will be leaving for Florida in January. I have 1 other roommate and she is great. We are on the 6th Floor in a 2BR 2BTH apartment at Valentine Commons. My roommate has been great - very chill and yet in all ways I try to respect her also.
I am flexible with my sublease. I do not leave until Jan , so it can start late if needed. I am due to work through May and then return for summer school, but if you want to lease it until the lease expires (July ) that would also be an option. I am from Raleigh and can always live at home if needed. Thus just know that the dates are flexible.
We are on the 6th floor. You have your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment comes furnished (bed, desk, sofa, chair, table, ⛄ refrigerator, oven, washerdryer, dishwasher, washerdryer, etc.) See the photos of all the furnishings at Valentinecommons.com. There is a fitness room, study lounge, printing room, etc. Our floorplan is the Haywood. The location is perfect for a NCSU student or someone working in Raleigh. It is really close to campus and near 🚌 bus service for NCSU or Raleigh. I have a parking space which is included in the price.
