The current 👩 girls in the apartment are great, I am however studying abroad. The apartment is completely furnished; couch, bed, desk, side table, nightstand, and dresser. Rent is $. which includes furniture, gym amenities, covered parking. Utilities are not included but 💡electric is $ or less a month, and water/sewer is about $8 a month. Great place to live, 🌉 gated community, 🚶 walk-in closet, and new apartment.
