The unit is on the second floor, with three people currently living there (you&#;d be the fourth). It comes fully furnished, with dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, WiFi (roommate has a router), cable connector, and a wall of windows in the main living area.
The two people who I lived with last year are Rob and Vaugn. They are very nice, mostly keep to themselves, and are fairly 🎇clean. They game a lot, some⌚times spend the nights not in the apartment, and can cook really well. Don&#;t know who the third person is.
The listed price is what I paid versus what the unit cost. If you can get the price I paid on the unit for the year that&#;s great, but be warned it could be up to $/mo. The lease ends in August, hence the months. Regardless of the price, if you can reply to this and are available by Sept. 3, the first month will be $ off on me!
