Two LSU graduate students are seeking a third roommate for our house in the Garden District area just off Government Street. All three bedrooms in the house have private bathrooms. We have an in-unit washer and drier, and large shared spaces including a very large living room and a very large dining room that are currently unfurninshed. These spaces would make great space for an artists studio, or for having a group of friends over for dinner. Each bedroom is large, has a lot of window light, and has central air. The house is generally 🐕 pet friendly (I think the owner charges a small fee for dogs or cats), but we do not currently have any 🐕 pets.
Both current roommates are 👨 male. We are quiet and studious and spend a good deal of ⌚time away from the home. This is a good house for someone seeking a quiet rental room. (Although we do throw a once-a-year party for the School of Art at our home that often goes late at night). We are friendly with our neighbors and live directly across from a large elementary school. The house is close to the LSU 🚌 bus stop, Radio Bar, and Red Stick Social.
Current move-in date is Sept. 1, but that is flexible and we could get you into your room sooner if it is required. The furniture shown the photographs above is not included with the rental. Utilities average ~$ a month.
