I need someone to take over my lease at University Park.
It is a fully-furnished, 4x2 apartment.
The lease is for one room in the apartment. You will share the apartment with 3 roommates and a bathroom with one of them.
If you take over my lease, it would be $/month instead of $, which is what the Quad rooms are currently going for.
I have already paid for August, and since the apartment suddenly changed some rules on me , I will also have to pay for September. You will be able to move in after September 1st.
The apartment is about a five-minute drive from the UTK campus.
