i did pay a security deposit of $ i wont be able to get it back due to me subleasing my apartment the person who takes over my lease will inherit the $ deposit upon move-out im asking that if you sublease my apartment we make an agreement on you paying me the $ deposit since you will inherit my deposit one you move out
