I currently live in a 2bd/2ba apartment at Sagebrook on the east side of Chapel Hill. I am looking for someone to take over my current lease in late October/early November. The current lease lasts until January , but you would have the option to re-sign for another year to month period just as if I and my roommate had remained in the apartment. Since it would be taking over a current lease, the move in date can be flexible.
The current rent is $1,/month, 💡electric and 🌊 water not included. This is nearly $ cheaper than signing a new lease with the complex for the same floor plan.
The apartment is a 3rd floor corner apartment in a very quiet building. The building itself is on a slight hill so the front stairwell is only 2 flights (as if it was the 2nd floor) and the back stairwell is a full 3 flights). The apartment complex sits on the D and CL 🚌 bus lines and is a very quick drive to East🌉 gateshopping center and University mall. It is also very close to I-.
Where Im moving I wont need some of my furniture so it can also come with a couch, armchair, and coffee table for very cheap too. Otherwise it will be an empty apartment.

The apartment is the Manning floor plan for reference.
Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to view the apartment in-person!
