This is a standard PRIVATE ROOM at UNIVERSITY 🌉 gateWAY, ESA friendly. You can coordinate with management and pick an apartment that you want. There are two shared bathrooms and 4 other 👨 guys (assuming maximum occupancy). Parking is available from management for $/ month.
I would have ❤️loved to move in, it’s beautiful and the 🏆best price all around. The only reason that I’m selling is because I am no longer attending UVU this fall. The management is awesome! The location is probably the 🏆best feature of this complex, right next to Walmart, UVX stop and other 🚍 bus stops are literally next door, 2 mins 🚶 walk from UVU. There is a swimming 🏊 pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, BBQ spot and running trail. Laundry is $/semester, unlimited uses. If you have friends that live here or you want a specific apartment, you can request with management. All the contracts for standard private rooms are already sold out and you cannot find a cheaper price for this kind of room elsewhere.
