I have a room + private bath to sublease in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in WaHu for a month lease. The move in date is flexible after the th of September. An earlier move in date could potentially be negotiated, contact me to talk about the options.
Any gender can sublease this room, as the other two bedrooms have not been rented out for this upcoming school year. You will likely have the apartment to yourself upon moving in, but the other two bedrooms could eventually be filled at WaHu’s discretion. If you have friends you would like to share the apartment with, that could likely be arranged.
Last year, the other rooms were not rented out during the entire fall and spring semesters, but a subleaser did move in for a couple of months during the summer.
The rent of $ is a great value for a potentially private apartment so close to the U of M campus. The apartment is furnished, and all of my belongings will be moved out. Internet and cable are included in the rent, but other utilities are billed monthly. An indoor, heated parking garage is also available for an additional cost.
WaHu is located on the corner of Huron and Washington. The University of Minnesota east bank campus is a short 🚶 walk away. It’s right next to a light rail stop which makes it very convenient for city access or shopping. WaHu’s location also provides extremely convenient access to the I- highway, which lets you avoid the usual Stadium Village or Dinkytown traffic. Amenities in and around the building include a -hour fitness center, 🏊 pool and hot tub, a study and media lounge, and a variety of 🍔 restaurants.
