This location is less than a minute 🚶 walk from the Waterford Towncenter making the convenience of groceryshopping, watching a 🎥 movie at the Regal theaters, or getting something to eat an exceptional experience. It is also minutes away from campus depending on traffic. The community is also 🌉 gated making it safe but there is a remote key allowing visitors easy access.
