Hello, I am offering someone to take my apartment on August th, and I would like to know by some⌚time by July if you are interested as soon as possible. I am also offering to pay the first months rent. The apartment is located at The Social Knoxville, Kingston Pike. The location is just minutes from the heart of UT campus and Downtown Knoxville.
The rent is $ and includes all utilities (🌊 water, sewer, 💡electric, and ⛽gas). Internet/Cable is provided. In the apartment complex there is a gym, game room, outdoor 🍔 grill, and 🏊 pool. The utilities are a fixed price and are already included in the rent, so no need to worry about 💡electricity bills and etc. Parking is $ a month and each resident has its own parking space, as well as a guest parking. If you do not own a vehicle there is a UT 🚌 bus that stops at Sorority Village about 5 minutes away from the complex and a Free Trolley 🚌 bus that stops at Publix a few minutes away from the complex as well.
You do not have to be a student to rent in The Social Knoxville, anyone is welcome to join.
