I have a lease at Park West for a room in a 3x3 Tower Unit. Roomates have not been assigned, and it&#;s Park West, so they&#;ll hook you up with some roomates if you need them. In a 3x3, you would have 2 roomates. Rent is $ a month with all utilitiesincluded, and its one of the most popular places to live at TAMU. There is a subletting fee, but I&#;m paying for that. Let me know if you are interested! The lease term is from August to July .
