Hello!I am looking to sublease my apartment for Spring , with a possibility of Summer as well!
I am living with 3 wonderful 👩 girls who are all students (juniors) at NC State. They ❤️love plants, cooking, hanging out together, and sleep.
My room will be located on the first floor (yay for no moving furniture up the stairs!!) in a townhome. You will have your own bathroom and 🚶 walk in closet. It will already be fully furnished, and a major possibility of being able to rent through summer as well!
I will be willing to lend you my mattress, as well as other decor such as shelving, hangers, 📺 tv etc for your stay to make it easier. I am very easy going and would ❤️love to negotiate. Please contact me if you’re the slightest bit interested! Would ❤️love to talk.
