Hi! We are breaking our lease this month (have to move for work) and need someone to move in from June 1- July ! We live in the lofts on colonial and Alafaya and pay for a one bedroom on the first floor. This includes a furnished apt, cable, washer and dryer, a 📺 tv and all utilities.
