Hello! I am looking to have someone take over the lease of a 4X4 👨👩 coed apartment at university house, N. Alafaya Trail.
I was supposed to move here in the fall but due to a family emergency can no longer keep my lease. Although I am only responsible for one lease there are currently two spaces in the apartment so you can apply by yourself or refer a friend as well.
