My ⌚time here has been very enjoyable. The neighborhood is 🎇clean and well managed, the service orders are done very fast, and everyone is very friendly. The apartment itself has excellent amenities and is very spacious with a big closet! It is a very short drive (or 🚍 bus ride) to A&M and Blinn.
The price is $ a month plus furniture, you could move in as soon as July or as late as August. I am absolutely willing to help pay for your application and subleasing fee. We can further discuss that if you are interested. Please let me know.
