Hey 👨 guys, my name is Ana. I’ll be subleasing my room from now till (or you can move in June 1st) July . The apartments are Reflections Apartments, located on Prism Circle. The apartment number is , the second building. It&#;s fairly close to the enterance, guest parking and the office. The apartments are around five minutes away from 💚 USF campus. You&#;d have room A which is the room closest to the door, the laundry room and the kitchen. The facility has a gym, a nice 🏊 pool and even a 🕶️ tanning suite! The monthly rent right now is $ (June and July), May rent is already paid for and starting August it’ll increase to $ a month. You would be sharing the apartment with two other people who are hardly ever home and just throwing this out there the apartments are 🐕 pet friendly!
