In search of 2 non-smoking roommates beginning in July to late August
About the house:
I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with 2 bedrooms for rent. There is a small office that has my dog&#;s kennel and 🍕 food/etc. but we can always move things around!
The tenants in the two bedrooms would share 1 decent sized bathroom in the hallway.
There is a garage with a washer and dryerincluded. All appliances in the kitchen are fairly new and fully operational (⛄ refrigerator, stove and dishwasher).
The backyard is fenced and the lawn is mowed as needed by a lawn service (we don&#;t have to mow)
The utilities including 🌊 water, 💡electric, trash, and internet are not included in rent but will be roughly $/month
About me:
I am a 👩 female, years old. I have a dog, she is a 4 year old boxer. Shes a very well behaved dog, she stays kenneled while I am out of the house and ❤️loves attention. She does not bark, chew on shoes, or really cause any kind of havoc. She does roam the house when I am home, but rarely leaves my side. I am starting graduate school in the fall and am rarely home. I start my mornings early but do not make excessive noise and I ask that you do the same. Roommates do not have to be animal ❤️lovers, but do have to be accepting towards my dog.
Landlords prefer no more animals but we can talk about possible exceptions, but absolutely no cats.
