Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my sublease for the summer at University House! I&#;m in a 3x3 with two other 👩 girls that are 🎇neat and keep to themselves. My room is closer to the entrance and the common area, and the other two rooms are on the opposite side of the unit. The unit includes a 📺 tv in the common area, and a washer and dryer. I have not included the parking fee in the rent. There are no pets in the unit! The lease would be from May 1st until July st.
