Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom/3 bath at The Exchange! The room is large with a large 🚶 walk in closet and a private bathroom. I currently have 1 roommate who is moving out in July. She is rarely home, when she is home she is very friendly and I barely know she is there. Apartment is 🐕 pet friendly with a dog park in the complex!! Rent includes all utilities and cable except for 💡electricity (which is typically $/ month)
