The Lofts is one of the nicer apartments in the area.
Regular 🚌 shuttles to 💛 UCF
Publix is 🚶 walking distance and Walmart is close by as is Waterford lakes that has many stores.
I don’t drive but have a bicycle and can get around without a car.
Onsite maintenance and security. Staff are friendly. 🏊 pool, gym and study area in the clubhouse. 👩 female only apartment. One possibly two of the roommates are looking to move out too, so perfect for a few friends to live together.
Great place to live, only moving because I am going away for an internship in another state and cannot afford rent on both places.
