Hello, I will be travelling abroad next semester so I am looking for a 👨 male to sublease my half of a two person bedroom at a 4 person apartment for the summer. It&#;s a two bedroom apartment at Argyle houses which is right behind Dinnakin. It&#;s a nice location because it&#;s an easy minute 🚶 walk to the mall area. I have a roommate who is a biomedical engineering major and into music production. He will not be living in the apartment over the summer so you will most likely have the whole bedroom to yourself. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious living area. Apartment has a heated underground parking for $ a month if you choose to buy a parking spot. Rent Price is Negotiable!!!
