I am leaving Tempe to go back in France at the end of April. So I need to find someone who would take over my lease at „The District on Apache“ from May until the end of July . Of course, if you want to stay longer, it&#;s possible. I am subleasing a room in a 4 bed and 4 bath apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished (washer, dryer, dishwasher, ☢ microwave…) and also includes a balcony. The District is in 🚶 walking distance to the ASU and it is really a great place to stay! The apartment complex has a lazy river 🏊 pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area, a gym with a sauna, 🕶️ tanning bed and steam room and study rooms.Â

*4x4 apartment on the 4th floor with three other roommates who are super sweet and respectful
