Unit is fully furnished, rent includes: wifi, 🌊 water & 💡electric,cable, and all the furniture & appliances you see in the pictures.. even the 📺 tv. The complex itself has many amenities including: gym, 🕶️ tan booth, study rooms, 🍔 grills, doggy park, lounge area, covered 4 story garage, and much more! The apartment itself is a smart home. The Amazon Alexa that comes with the unit can control everything. It can lock the door change the temp, turn lights on & off and even file maintenance request if needed. You can also download an app that allows you to unlock the main entrance & control many other things. We also have Valet trash doorstep pickup almost everyday in the week! Also complex is 🐕 pet friendly. By the way my roommate is super chill; anyways, message me with any questions.
