I am moving out of town and want to sublease my cozy spot at the newly renovated: The Quad. I have been living here for over 4 years, as a graduate student, and enjoyed this very close to campus place (its address is Delaware St SE).
Details:
It is a nice, fully furnished (just come with your bags, pillow and sheets), 4 Bed 4 Bath apartment on the highest floor of the building (though the view isnt that exciting). For a person who lived with both shared and private bathroom settings, I believe that having your own bathroom is a huge perk (almost a necessity), and this unit comes with its own bathroom. You will be sharing the apartment with three amazing and quite roommates. All of them are 👨 males. They are attending at, or recent graduates from the U.
Move in date:
It is negotiable since I understand that classes begin on the nd. Generally I am looking at some ⌚time near the end of January, but we will figure it out.
Amenities:
The apartment has all necessities: ⛄ fridge, stove, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, AC/Heating and is fully furnished. The building has a gym, a theater with 🎮PS4 and 🎮xbox (used it a lot!), study and computer spaces, and other stuff too.
Rent:
The 🏆best thing about this place is its rent really. It will be $ a month, 💡electricity, internet, and cable are all included. The 💡electricity is covered until a certain threshold per person, after which you cover the extra which can be anywhere between $0-~$. Usually it is on the low side (I’d report an average of $7 or so), except in the summer when AC needs more power.
The bottom line:
I can almost guarantee you that this is the cheapest rate you will find close to campus for a private bed and bath. Let alone the other amenities mentioned.
Note: photos are from the apartment’s website. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a tour.
