The apartment complex is within 🚶 walking distance of Walmart, Target, Steak and Shake, Publix, Dollar General and a lot more. The rooms are spacious and it&#;s a partially renovated apartment so all the kitchen appliances are less than one year old. There is a 🏊 pool in the apartment complex and the laundry mat is only about a 2 minutes 🚶 walk form the apartment. I am willing to negotiate about the security deposit and allow you to keep it if everything works out. I am trying to move within a month so if you&#;re curious about anything don&#;t hesitate to ask.
